FACT: While many former athletes are drawn to our program due to parallels in training style and structure reminiscent of their sport, you absolutely do not have to have any kind of athletic background to fit right in with us.
In fact, we’d argue we’re the best place for you to start your journey if you’re new to strength training due to the scalability of each workout and the unprecedented level of attention you’ll get from your trainer that you won’t find in any other group fitness environment.
