Our 50-minute group fitness classes are entirely structured around work-to-rest ratios with strength as our priority. We are barbell-free but utilize heavy kettlebells, dumbbells, and d-balls, which can be scaled to any fitness level. Our trainers are not cheerleaders; we focus on providing 1:1 attention in a group setting, emphasizing that our clients move correctly, and prioritizing form and safety.
