Damon is THE MAN. If you have a bike in NYC, there is nobody else you should even think about calling if you need a tow. I laughed when I saw a tow service being reviewed so favorably, totally sure that it was everyone in the family leaving a review. But I can’t say enough about the quality of service I received. I only wish I called here first. DO NOT go through your insurance’s roadside assistance; just call MAD Transpo and get reimbursed. And don’t forget to let your shop know that Damon is coming - he knows everyone and will get you back in the saddle in no time. I’d leave 10 stars if I could.

Damon was very professional, organized and quick, handled my motorcycle as it was his own, I would say the best in this business, will definitely be returning to him if I ever need towing!

I hit a huge piece of metal debris on the Throgs Neck Bridge and my oil pan was cracked open and all the oil poured out. Damon came to my place and picked up the key, then he got the bike where I left it by the bridge and took it up to my regular dealership for repairs. He was very professional and his price was very reasonable. Very happy with the experience.
