Takes his time to explain repairs and answers any questions you have. I was among several Trucks that broke down on Interstate 35 on the turnpike in Kansas during the recent winter storm last week. Most of the trucks had Frozen air lines or Fuel Gelling. While some of us made it to the rest area others were stranded alongside the turnpike. All attempts to get road service failed due to the severe weather. No Mechanic was willing to venture outside. I was fortunate to meet some other Truck drivers who asked me to call Mikel and also join them while they were waiting for needed parts. He showed up later with filters and parts for everyone and worked hard in the Cold to get our trucks running. For those truck drivers he couldn't reach due to the rapid decline in temperature and snow storm, Mikel agreed to make multiple trips to transport us to a hotel several miles away despite the poor road conditions. He checked on us and asked his Dad to give us a ride from the hotel to our trucks after the weather conditions improved days later. Mikel got each and everyone of running. Thumbs up and kudos to Mikel and his awesome Dad. Humanity, Kindness and Kansas Hospitality! We are very grateful and thankful. You guys are the Best ! 👍

Top notch service, Loaded cattle truck with blown turbo and air to air got us going with minimal down time after 2 trips to Wichita for parts after diagnosing the problem. The other shop in town wouldnt even give us the time of day.

Replaced radiator after hitting a deer on the turnpike. He got me back on the road in a matter of a few hours, not days. Friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Very satisfied.

For putting one hose on road side they charged almost 1000$ That was a coolant reservoir hose ! Total part included coolant was 200 some $ 150$/hr minimum 2hr Service call 200 Mileage 140 Truck was only 12 miles away from them Like how can you sleep? Do you know something about (conscience ) For sure you’re not familiar with this word !!

Mikel saved our bacon !! As we were traveling in our motorhome from Fort Worth, Texas to see family in Avoca, Iowa our motorhome broke down in the Walmart parking lot in El Dorado Kansas and the alternator went out on us so we couldn’t move at all. After calling a few local folks they referred us to Mikel and within 30 minutes he was with us and confirmed the issue. We were able to have an alternator delivered from a local store before he got there (other helpful folks) but it turned out to be the wrong one, so Mikel called around, found the right alternator and went to pick it up himself. Within 2 hours of getting to us he swapped out the alternators (which is not an easy task on motorhomes) and we were back on the road!! So thankful that he was able to literally save our family of 6 from being stranded and missing our holiday weekend with family! I only wish Mikel lived closer to our home so we could use him as our full time mechanic! He is an amazing young man!

Have used Madd several times to get us back up and running during a critical path shutdown. Reliable , Responsive and was able to enter the refinery and work on our gear in place. Do you remember the good ole days before covid when you could get a mechanic on a weekend who was willing to come to you on the side of the highway and fix your problem? I had some faith restored yesterday when Michael from MAD Repair LLC (Mikes Auto and Diesel ) Repair did just that on a Saturday in El Dorado Kansas, just off the Turnpike. I had thrown a belt on my diesel pusher motor home. The bracket that holds the alternator had broken and the belt shredded. Mike did the job,

I called him out in the middle of the night for a starter repair and he sourced a starter at 2 am. I was impressed by his handling of finding one with nothing open at that time. The work was excellent and he completed it with no problem. Very professional to deal with. He saved me from missing out on loads to be hauled. Will use again if I’m in the area.
