I don't normally write reviews but after today, whereby I took my safe to Macquarie Locksmiths to get it open, I had to express my sincere thanks to Ben and his team. In brief, our digital safe died and couldn't find the over-ride keys. A local mobile locksmith (Northern Beaches Locksmiths) recommended Macquarie and we're ever so thankful for that advice. I took the safe to them and Ben drilled the lock within minutes and the contents were in our possession once more. We couldn't be happier with their service and recommend them immensely. I would totally recommend Macquarie Locksmith's. They had a technician to our business to fix a broken lock on our warehouse door very quickly. The technician was polite and friendly and he was able to fix our difficult lock and made sure it worked perfectly in no time. Very happy with the service all-round

I want to share my terrific experience with the Macquarie Locksmiths Service team, especially Flynn, for their exceptional service. When my door lock wasn't working properly, the team promptly answered my call for help, and Flynn arrived within half an hour. He not only replaced the lock but also repaired the damaged door. Moreover, he suggested installing a scar plate to cover the door lock, which has worked perfectly and prevented any further issues. Flynn was courteous, punctual, and diligent in his work, and I appreciate the extra effort he put in to ensure my door was secure. Overall, Macquarie Locksmiths Service is a trustworthy team, and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and expertise.

Really healpful, and fast service. Staff are nice and know there stuff! Had 2 garage door locks, 1 with a broken off key. Within 20 mins, key was out and I had 2 new keys for the locks!
