Our floors were a dark, exotic wood that was cupping and was popping off the ground in one spot. We were originally planning to refinish the floors and repair the spots needing repair, but Jason was very upfront that we may not be able to get the exact look we were looking for through refinishing. We started considering replacing the floors a few months later and it was refreshing to work with someone who was not pushy at all and let us take time in deciding if we wanted to move forward. We ended up using Mack Custom Wood Floors to replace the floors with new wood. We had an amazing experience with Mac Custom Wood Floors. They had excellent communication, were flexible on timeframes, had a prompt schedule throughout the day, finished the project ahead of schedule, and did excellent work with the details and finesse. Mack Custom Wood Floors replaced 3 rooms of carpet in our house with hardwoods. The estimate process was fantastic and Jason was constantly in touch with hardwood delivery and installation. 100% of everything discussed with delivery and installation timing was spot on. The floors attached to 10 year old hardwood and you wouldn't know they weren't installed at the same time. To say the least, we're very satisfied with every aspect of the job and will use them again when building our next home.

We had dark oak floors and carpet in our downstairs area and we hired Jason to sand and refinish the existing floors in a light stain and replace carpet in three rooms with hardwood and they came out amazing!
