M6 northwest breakdown recovery rescue

I’ve used twice in 2 days. Very reliable and trust worthy. Great conversation and fair with his price. I won’t be using anyone else. Even at short notice he’s happy to help. Seen a couple of people on here being negative. Looks like his competition making up porkys to help their own work. GREAT, RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY

Had my first breakdown tonight. Stuck on the M6 in the dark with no hope of moving. A quick Google search came up with M6 northwest breakdown recovery service. Read some reviews and decided to call. Within about 5 minutes he was setting off. Had to pay a deposit which I was initially weary about but I completely understand their reasons for taking one. He kept me informed when he was on his way and even sent me a live tracker on WhatsApp so I knew how far away he was. It probably took just over an hour from initial call to him arriving. Loaded the car and set off. Seems like a nice guy, Had a good chat, not sure of his name tho, but saved me a long wait on a cold motorway. Would happily recommend and would definitely use again if needed. Nice one for getting me home 👍

The van broke down on the way to work. Mohamed was a great help he was there quick and had a resanoble price for us. Picked us up in Chorley and dropped us off in liverpool to our mechanic I recommend this company great costumer service and they are also a very professional service, they know what they are doing.

Used this company 3 times. With my partners big box Luton van. The latest was today and he even came out on a Saturday night to help me! Always on time always a good price and all round nice and professional guy. Kept me updated on his ETA and everything went smoothly on all 3 occasions. Could not recommend enough. 5**** all round!

We broke down on the side of the motorway and Mohammed was with us in 15 minutes, he explained the process and kept me up to date as soon as he was on his way. He dropped the car outside a local garage for us and dropped us off home. Mohammed was friendly and efficient. Fantastic service and would highly recommend

I had a great experience with this towing company. They offered a very fair price for towing my Tesla Model Y. When the car arrived at the Tesla service center, the staff there couldn’t unload it normally due to safety restrictions and had to wait for the technicians to reset the system. This ended up taking an extra half hour of the driver’s time. In the end, he only charged a small additional amount, and the total price was still very reasonable. The driver was patient, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend their service!

100% recommend I had broken down on the m61 with a van and trailer and having phone a few other companies that couldn’t do it due to size i contacted these and he told me 40 minutes and drove me all the way down to Lincolnshire. Really good price very friendly and professional. Great service

Arrived within an hour and loaded our van and trailer up on back of truck and took us all the from Preston to Rotherham. Very down to earth but will go out of his way to help. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted this recovery company at 6am this morning, as my wife’s car had broken down on the motorway last night. They responded with a really warm, friendly and helpful attitude. Within 4 hours my wife’s car was collected from my home and taken to the garage. The whole process was smooth and stress free. Fantastic customer service and very efficient. My friends broke down on the way home and were left completely stranded. Mohammed saw them and, out of the kindness of his heart, stopped and transported them all the way home! Truly restoring faith in humanity - something the world needs so much more of, especially nowadays! I can't thank him enough for getting them home safely~
