Extremely impressed with M4 Car Removal’s efficiency. They arrived on time, completed the job quickly but I had a disappointing experience with a truck driver named Zaman, found his name after others had shared same experience. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and he handled the situation with complete disregard for basic courtesy. Customers deserve respect, and this kind of behaviour should be addressed seriously. The employee is the only problem that I had encountered but was treated respectfully by other members of the company.
