Warning others not to use this service. Andrew provided a quote of $1500 as a base and said they could offer up to $2000 if there was no structural damage. Then when they turned up to take the vehicle they were extremely rude and denied any such quote, only offering $500! Additionally they initially offered to do a proper inspection of the vehicle to see if there was structural damage and no such service took place. They were also meant to call and notify us of time of arrival which they also failed to do. When relaying the poor customer experience over email they have not tried to rectify the situation, simply denying the quote was offered in the first place. Very disappointing service and communication overall which does not match what is advertised on their website.
