"We had a neighborhood scheduled cleaning with this company (houses are part of HOA)
There was a slight scheduling mixup and they swapped units/scheduled day.
*HOWEVER MASSIVE KUDOS*
I contacted the company thru their website, Marina responded within maybe 30minutes very apologetic, and stated they would get in touch with the technicians, etc.
Not even 30 minutes after that the technicians came to my door apologizing for the mix up, explained what happened, what they're doing today to make up for the mix up, etc.
Extremely prompt. Extremely professional.
I can understand where some scheduling mishaps could happen with a lot of multiple units for the week, but they were very professional with how it was handled.
10 out of 10 would recommend for professionalism and quality of business."
