Mark and Abilino went above and beyond installing a whole-home iron filter for us, and at a very fair price. Everything went smoothly setting it up but it wouldn’t run properly. We all assumed it was the control head and sent that part back to the manufacturer to replace the part. When we got the new part, Abilino returned to swap it out but it still wouldn’t run right. Although no one knew exactly why it wasn’t working right, Mark and Abilino took responsibility and decided to take it apart, clean out all the media from the tank, and start over. Because the iron was messing up our house and keeping us from really using our water, they drove to New Hampshire to get the new media so we didn’t have to wait any longer. It turned out they had installed everything perfectly from the start and the problem was that the original media from the manufacturer that came with iron filter was insufficient and was causing the control head to clog. The new media they supplied did the trick. I had to insist on paying him back for the correct media he drove 4 hours to get in order to get the filter running properly. We really appreciate his integrity and follow through on a small project that turned into a big pita through no fault of his own. Bottom line, we will be hiring M.Y. Plumbing for future jobs, we trust them! They will do it right, at a fair price, and won’t leave you hanging.

My basement was under two inches of water at 6AM when I called M.Y. plumbing. Mark and team were at my house within two hours and diagnosed the problem correctly, immediately. They took care of everything dealing with warranties and parts shipping. Mark was very up front about costs and timeline to make sure we were both aligned, and repairs were completed ahead of schedule. What was an extremely stressful event was made a lot easier having reliable and responsive communications from the team!

Mark is very nice to work with explaining what he is doing and what recommendations he would make but never pressures you into spending more then you planned to on. He came to fix a burst pipe on an emergency called, serviced our boiler a couple times, and repaired a toilet for us. He is very prompt always showing up exactly when scheduled or early saving you from having to wait around the house all day. I recommend him to anyone asking for a local plumber.
