Great service. Jamal has towed my car and has jumped my car a couple of times. Always has responded quickly and showed up in an emergency. I have him on my contact list to call when I need him. Trustworthy and someone I can count on. I don’t write many reviews, but I really am appreciative to have him as a backup.

He was extremely professional and knowledgeable! He helped me jump-start my car and used great problem-solving skills to connect the cables just right so they could reach the hood. I’m usually cautious when it comes to my car—especially after a past towing company in another town caused some damage underneath—but I decided to take a leap of faith with these guys, and I’m so glad I did. Zal made sure everything was done carefully and securely. Thank you again for the excellent service and for earning my trust!

Honestly frustrated. we were given this provider and received an ETA which was 45min to come to vernon hills and we waited for almost 2 hours. we kept calling and never got an answer. So annoying with the weather being below 0 as well. Unprofessional to be honest, and if i could give 0 stars i would.

Driver Jamal was awesome at towing my car to my house , yet even tho my own hometown couldn’t do it for me I had to call other towns and so glad Mundelein helped!!!

He was very knowledgeable and careful when handling my jeep. Went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend using M.S Towing. Great experience! Super quick and very helpful. I called for a tow and Jamal showed up earlier than I expected . He offered to put a spare on to save me money, instead of the tow. If you need a tow these guys are great

They were very easy to work with. I got a response within minutes via Yelp. Communication was fast and efficient. They arrived immediately when it was time to tow. Highly recommend these guys! Would definitely use them again!
