I called this pharmacy to ask about an injection, but the person who answered was extremely rude. He hung up the call without providing any information, and when I tried calling again, he disconnected the phone. This kind of arrogant and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. Customers call for help, not to be treated disrespectfully. If you cannot serve people properly, you should reconsider running a pharmacy. Please improve your staff’s attitude and customer service.

The best pharmacy here in satellite town. They do replace, exchange or return products as well as cosmetics and medicine easily just have to carry the bill of product.

Good place to buy medicines and food items but don't accept card payment below Rs. 500

The products are kept in such a neat and tidy manner so that one can find what he is looking for easily. Great place to grab up to date freshly imported items. Best medicine shop. Highly recommended

Very poor staff, and they are charging extra amount on card payment. Most pathetic behavior when i said i'll pay through credit card, he said you will be charged more if you use card payment, and when i say why, he said it's off machine charges. I am thinking about there complaint on different government forums regarding they are discouraging cashless payment.

I work in Satellite Town Rawalpindi so i use to visit MM Pharmacy often. They offer competitive prices and have good variety of different local and international products. but they always discourage the customers for online payments. They have written this statement on billing counter that if you pay online they will charge you 2.5% extra of your total bill. This is something very pathetic. I have been working in corporate sector and financial sectors for years, and there is no such policy by any Bank in Pakistan that they charge that much extra on online payment. The developed countries are going paperless and our shopkeepers are forcing for cash. Then i got to know that they do not pay taxes to Govt/FBR that's why they deal in cash and always discourage the online payment. Govt should take action against such mafias who are earning millions in a month but not paying tax accordingly.

I can say with confidence that definitely one of the best pharmacy and cosmetics shop, although i wish they had more branches specially in Islamabad. Nonetheless almost everything is available, best prices and A+ quality, always gives discounts too.

It's good pharmacy and cosmetic store. They have good range of Brand's & Products, which can be fit in their faculty space. They're giving 5% discount on purchase of medicines only. Due to their location with some famous food chains, you can't find parking in front of shop.

Although I will be biased as Ali Bhai is a good friend of mine who is one of the owners. However I must say that it's definitely the best place in Rwp/Isb to buy medicines and even shampoos ,toothpastes, deodorants,soaps and even groceries,pampers.
