Made the appointment for following day. Tech was coming between 8 and 11 a.m.. I was told they would call when they were 30 minutes out. at 11 o'clock I was contacted by the same lady I spoke to the day before and was told the tech will be there between 12 and 2 p.m.. I told her i took time off of work for the times agreed upon the previous day and canceled the visit. She said she could take 15% off if i stayed with M&L garage door repair and I said no thanks. I hung up and was called back by a male technician trying to guilt me in to staying with their company saying they would give a discount. Their website says Veteran owned and that is why I chose them first. Both people I spoke with had a language barrier. I would NOT recommend this company at ALL!!!!
