I cannot say enough positive things about Matt and his team. They are so thorough and attentive. As a perspective first time home buyer, he was “everything. His inspection report is like carrying a bible. I had a contractor come over and he told me this report is worth its weight and gold.

Jason was informative and direct. He explained everything in terms that a lay(wo)man would understand. He walked us through and pointed out things. He answered questions without hesitation and made sense. I don't have any photos because... Well I don't take pictures of people without asking. But he did very well. He was punctual.
