I cannot say enough positive things about Matt and his team. They are so thorough and attentive. As a perspective first time home buyer, he was “everything. His inspection report is like carrying a bible. I had a contractor come over and he told me this report is worth its weight and gold.

As an out of the area realtor, I have found that working with Matt and his son Jason has been a surprisingly pleasant experience. their level of professionalism to their inspections and reports are by far one the best I've seen. Great experience! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. These guys were great, on time, and very thorough! They helped us walk through every detail and understand each and every thing. Jason was informative and direct. He explained everything in terms that a lay(wo)man would understand. He walked us through and pointed out things. He answered questions without hesitation and made sense. I don't have any photos because... Well I don't take pictures of people without asking. But he did very well. He was punctual.

Matt responded to my website request within 24 hours The price was right and the service outstanding. Was able to document all damages for insurance. Will us again if needed.
