Ben came out to quote for spray foam removal after discovering it in my late mothers loft.He and his colleague were polite and courteous throughout the consultation. I felt instantly at ease with how knowledgeable he was about the problems with spray foam insulation. I accepted the quote and they got to work immediately. Unfortunately when work began it was apparent that there was further problems which resulted in having to go for a complete new roof with new tiles etc. Ben kept me informed and updated me accordingly. The roof was completed promptly to a very high standed and all rubbish was cleared and removed as though no one had ever been! I honestly can't rate Ben and MBC highly enough they navigated me through a complete nightmare and im now able to put my mums house up for sale with no restrictions and would not hesitate to recommend them.

They turned up with a drone, checked the roof properly and went into the loft to make sure they understood exactly what was going on. No guesswork. They explained everything clearly and it turned out the issue was actually holes in the felt, not the flashing. I really respected the honesty. They gave me a price on the spot so I had an idea of costs, and later that day sent over a fully detailed quote by email with all the information set out properly. No pressure at all — just clear advice and plenty of detail so I could make the right decision. Scaffolding was arranged straight after the weekend and the work started promptly. Everything was organised, tidy and professional. Once finished, they showed me photos of the completed work and handed over my guarantee. Polite, knowledgeable and reliable.
