M Appliance Repair

I called M appliance repair this morning and Mark was able to come out this afternoon right on schedule. Mark did a great job addressing my concerns with my double wall oven and was able to correct my issue in no time. I would recommend Mark and his business for any appliance repair. He was reasonable and very knowledgeable.

Called these guys twice to have my ice maker services, took all my contact information, I was told someone would get back to me, no one ever did, if this happens absent a actual service call, I wouldn't trust them to follow through after, its just something about customer service, and common courtesy that seems to be lost in this day and age, your making so much money, that not even the potential customers matter ?? A simple call back to say hey! We're too busy at the moment, or just i don't need your business would work for me even, but not to even acknowledge that I called, and was told that someone would call me back? Im just saying...

Positive: fast to respond Negative: for over two weeks they swapped parts on my washing machine without ever addressing the issue (sensor/pump). Broke the latch assembly and replaced it at my cost. Also charged me for a new board. Another positive: After four visits and the original issue want resolved I was refunded $450 of my $550 because I was told there was a wire shorted out. Another negative: after talking to a friend they suggested swapping out the pump. I ordered a pump, installed it the next day, and when I couldn't get the machine to work, I noticed the replacement latch assembly had been removed and I had no latch assembly! Decided to give up and I purchased a new washing machine from Westville Appliance, which were awesome to work with.

Samsung oven wouldn't heat past 200 degrees. Technician showed up quickly, ran diagnostics, and pulled the replacement element from his truck. Oven working perfectly now and the cost was reasonable. Would use this service again.

Dan is a super nice and personable guy. Knew my machine model history and exactly what was wrong before he even arrived. Fixed the problem quickly at a very reasonable rate. I can't recommend Dan and his services enough.

My Viking oven element decided to do firecrackers for us and basically disintegrate. I called M and they came right out. Mind you we are having a chef cook for us for Valentine’s Day and with no oven that won’t happen. Some how they expedited the part and came back 2 days later before Valentine’s Day and I have a working oven. So appreciative for their promptness. In addition stayed in touch with every step. Hands down professional!!!

I called M Appliance Repair based on the good reviews and I can confirm that this business deserves a 5 Star rating. I called and was helped immediately with an appointment; Shawn, the technician was not only on time and friendly, but also knowledgeable; with a few checks he could tell me the problem, a part needed to be ordered, and how long it would take. 3 days later, a call confirmed that the part arrived and it could be installed the same day. Again, Shawn was on time after someone called to let me know the technician will be arriving within 10 minutes. He exchanged the part, we checked the machine and all was working well again. Thanks for being professional and courteous. I give this recommendation with all my conviction and that's a rarity nowadays.

Viking washer stopped working. Shawn came out and fixed it efficiently. He was friendly, professional, and had the part in his truck. Completed same day and the cost was reasonable.
