I was looking for something different from the conventional sliding window and came across MAG, which offers a unique sliding bifold window. The whole process was smooth and well-organized, with two site visits. One for measurements and another for installation. Communication with the team was clear and responsive throughout, and the installation team did an excellent job. Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend MAG Aluminium!

Lousy quality and workmanship. ID subcontract to MAG for my resale house balcony doors. I wanted balcony doors that are able to reduce the highway noise and they claimed that they are using better materials so should be able to reduce the noise by quite a bit. However, they did my living room sliding balcony doors with a gaping hole at the top track and claimed that there is nothing they can do. Rejected it on the spot. Use another aluminum specialist and they said all the materials that MAG has used are just normal materials. My bedroom fixed panels have screws all not evenly screwed in and frames with gaps. Asked them to come back for rectification for at least 3 times and the told me that's the best they can do with a screw still not flushed. Asked for my windows lockset to be changed out to new ones, they installed a new one on top of the old ones, leaving the existing one there. So my window had 2 lockset for each panel. Funny I had to ask them to come back to remove the existing lockset when it should be common sense. Will not recommend to use them for their lousy workmanship. Update: Owner said all screws has been rectified, but no, my balcony door strike plate screw is still jutting out as of 31/10 as the person in charge told me that was the best he could do after rectification.
