Dan and this team were fantastic! Recently had our first child and i came into to our basement to be surprised by a puddle of water growing and realizing our water heater had failed. Dan showed up within 2 hours and by the next day was replacing our water heater with a tankless unit. Pricing was reasonable and customer service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

I called M&A Plumbing & Heating after a broken valve in my apartment left me with no hot water. From start to finish, they were fantastic. Their customer service was incredibly friendly, and fast. They kept me updated throughout the process. The technician arrived very quickly and worked efficiently to fix the valve and get my hot water back up and running. To top it all off, their pricing was excellent—well below quotes I received from other local plumbing services. Finding a prompt, honest, and affordable plumber is rare. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone!

Have an odd issue where my water heater was making a high-pitched noise. Dan was quick to come out early in the morning and check for any issues and let me know that everything was okay.

We had the best experience working with Dan. We needed a water heater replaced during the freezing patch of weather and, even though Dan’s schedule was full for the next day, he somehow made time to replace our water heater that day since he knew how urgent the request was. Our setup was complicated but he immediately found a solution for the new installation that was much more reasonably priced than other groups who had taken a look. He got the job done so quickly and his office was very easy to work with. Additionally, we really appreciated that he explained everything to us in layman’s terms so we could fully understand the complicated setup and the solution. We would 100% recommend his services.
