Dan and this team were fantastic! Recently had our first child and i came into to our basement to be surprised by a puddle of water growing and realizing our water heater had failed. Dan showed up within 2 hours and by the next day was replacing our water heater with a tankless unit. Pricing was reasonable and customer service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Dan came the very next day for a water heater removal and replacement, arrived on time, and his team was always responsive whenever I called or texted. Pricing was very fair and clearly explained upfront. The crew was professional, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. The whole process was smooth and stress-free — I would absolutely recommend them.

Dan is the man! Him and his team were great to work with, they were fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. We've used M&A multiple times but this latest project was a very big one and they delivered on all fronts. We had them create a water hookup and appliance plug into our apartment which so that we can install a washer and dryer. They did great work and were very polite and professional. Dan and his team did a fantastic job with installing a new gas 40 gallon hot water heater. I called M&A yesterday about an issue I needed resolved at one property and was so impressed with the service, promptness, and how easy it was to get good help without the stress. Excellent service! I needed a plumber to repair my sunken sink, which I had temporarily propped up but had started leaking. M&A Plumbing & Heating was very responsive—they got back to me promptly after I left a message early in the morning. Their team arrived quickly and fixed the issue efficiently. The pricing was also fair. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future and highly recommend them!

So, I called Dan’s company to assess issue on our split ac that ruined our wall. Just like what Sherry set the time. Dan is right there. He was upfront with the price and even reached out to someone when it’s beyond his capability. He is honest, he offered me advise on lingering heating issues in my house. I would highly consider him on other projects in my house. I may add, Dan didn’t charge me for the assessment and trying to unblocked my ac. Thank you.
