Dan and this team were fantastic! Recently had our first child and i came into to our basement to be surprised by a puddle of water growing and realizing our water heater had failed. Dan showed up within 2 hours and by the next day was replacing our water heater with a tankless unit. Pricing was reasonable and customer service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience working with Dan. We needed a water heater replaced during the freezing patch of weather and, even though Dan’s schedule was full for the next day, he somehow made time to replace our water heater that day since he knew how urgent the request was. Our setup was complicated but he immediately found a solution for the new installation that was much more reasonably priced than other groups who had taken a look. He got the job done so quickly and his office was very easy to work with. Additionally, we really appreciated that he explained everything to us in layman’s terms so we could fully understand the complicated setup and the solution. We would 100% recommend his services.
