Terrible up charges for everything polish is to come with your service stop letting these people scam us know the proper steps in getting any mail service or they will scam you. Paying for a business processing machine is insane actually is against customer law. I paid 61.00 for this crap and we all know all they want to do is make you look like you don’t want to pay when the service is terrible you should be able to get a refund or a redo. She forced me to let her finish the terrible service and up charge me for things I didn’t ask for. I will be contacting my bank. This is why I took videos and pictures before I left because now I have to go somewhere else and get my nails done correctly. My nails looks like dinosaur claws😖😖😖 I’m so piss, went to Venus nail spa off two notch rd with my sister and they did a wonderful job. You can clearly see the difference in the polish, shaping, smoothness, and cleanness of the two service I will be contacting my bank for a full refund and Venus don’t charge a processing fee or up charge for everything I paid $30 for a redo, for the service I got done at Luxury was $61.00 Venus is $50 for what I normally get I will be going to Venus when I come in town

It was a great experience considering it's my first time coming here, I was welcomed by Lily and she was nice and polite on what i want and did a good job on my acrylic nails. I did pedicure with Okhui and she is sweet and very nice. 10/10 would recommend!

Poor service. Brought my mom Who is elderly for a pedicure and wanted a regular manicure for myself. At checkin, we were told “a few minutes” which turned into 30 mins for my mom’s pedicure and an hour before even telling me they were ready to soak my nails. Very poor service and the lady was nonchalant about it. If it’s a wait that’s fine but state the wait time. Not “a few minutes” when you see I have someone 60+ with me. I took my mom home after her service because who is waiting after 1.5 hours?

This is my 12th visit. The atmosphere is STILL easy going. The staff remain professional and friendly. The prices are very fair. I ONLY go to Luxury Nail Lounge because LILY cares about excellence!! 2024 Valentines set!!. Make an appointment and see for yourself 😊!

This is one of THE BEST nail salons I have found in the Southeast area. The environment is calming, clean and relaxing. No one is rushing through your services. They are professional and do a great job. There is always someone ready to take care of you when you walk in the door.

Had to have more than one person redo my manicure. The First Lady (holly) did not paint all the way nor shape them. It looked like I had them done for three weeks already when she got done. This first picture is the first time she did it and the second/third pic is FOUR DAYS LATER! They are already chipping. would not recommend going there.

I have gone to this salon two times now to get my nails done, and based on other reviews I have booked Lily for my fingernails each time. The picture with nail art is the nails I had for my wedding. She is so good! This will be my new go to spot!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I came in for a basic pedicure, only to be hit with an unexpected upcharge just to remove gel polish—even though gel polish is one of the services they offer! When did this become standard? It’s ridiculous to advertise one price and then change it once the service is complete. That’s not good business—it’s misleading. If gel removal isn’t included, say that upfront, don’t surprise customers at checkout. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values honest pricing and clear communication.

Update: I did get a refund. First time there I was double charged due to poor payment system. She kept swiping my card until I said something about it. I'm lucky it's only two charges for the same amount. My bank just emailed me my pending transactions and they're closed, no voicemail setup for messages after hours.

I'm so happy with my nails. I finally found a Nail Technician who understands what I'm asking for and does an excellent job. I'm a very picky customer, I accept that, and that's why I always find something I don't like, but Lily earned my loyalty as a customer. Lily, thank you for such excellent service. The place is quite relaxed and the prices are fair. I definitely recommend it 💯.
