Luxury Massage/ Facial

I did not enjoy a couples massage. They had a Groupon and asked us not to purchase it and they would charge us there for the same deal- 50min massage with 20minutes foot massage for total of $140 ($70x2). For some reason the lady did my husband and the man did me (a female). My husband did not like the lady’s techniques at all. She was way too soft and asked her to increase the pressure, I don’t think she understood English. She didn’t respond correctly. Then the man used his forearm wayyyy too much and was on his phone so much during my massage. He left the room twice and I lost time on my massage. They didn’t honor the foot massage and barely massaged our feet for less than 5mins. I would not recommend this place, nor come back. She also did not honor her word and charged more than $140. I would rather have bought it on Groupon, than give them 100% of the amount. They deserved less.

60 mins that I will never get back in life. If you like someone never massaging you and using their elbows “ the whole time “ go here. Nothing I requested was done or attempted to be addressed. Hip, feet, attention to lower back all ignored. She definitely rushed!Woke up with back sores this morning! Horrible experience at this location! I will be reaching out to the higher ups for a refund or discount!
