Luxury Home Elevator

I have a 2-floor home elevator that was making a steady high-pitched noise. I called Dennis (whose name and phone number was on the control panel) and left a message. He called back the next day and quickly determined that the backup battery failed. When I did what he said, the noise stopped. I checked the elevator after that and it works fine. I ordered another battery per Dennis. He was courteous and did a great job over the phone. I highly recommend him.

The Luxury Home Elevator people have been great to work with. They installed our Cambridge unit a year ago and have been right on the ball to take care of any concerns we have had. Great service, by telephone, to get our malfunctioning home elevator back into service! Dennis did quick troubleshooting and got us working again in no time. Polite, patient, and professional beyond words.

I do not know about this company for other locations, BUT in GA.... I paid 50% of the total costs which is what the invoice amount was for on August 20th. I was also told that it would be a 12 - 18 wk lead-time. WE ARE AT 21 WEEKS!!! With no real updates from them except your order is still in production. Do your job and call someone at Cambridge that can give you a delivery date. If they can't, then ask for the next level up. I worked in production control on a DoD contract and was able to talk to production supervisors and schedulers to get a pretty accurate timeframe. To tell me otherwise is complete bull. Hope I haven't been scammed out of almost 19K!!

Dennis came out to fix our elevator that was getting stuck on the middle floor sometimes. It was the first time we have used Luxury Home Elevator. Dennis was very knowledgeable and friendly and found the issue right away. He was able to fix it quickly and get us up and running again! I will definitely be using Luxury Home Elevator from now on!
