I have a 2-floor home elevator that was making a steady high-pitched noise. I called Dennis (whose name and phone number was on the control panel) and left a message. He called back the next day and quickly determined that the backup battery failed. When I did what he said, the noise stopped. I checked the elevator after that and it works fine. I ordered another battery per Dennis. He was courteous and did a great job over the phone. I highly recommend him.

As usual, they were punctual and thorough, taking time to explain the steps taken to ensure our elevator remains in good working order.
