Luxury Custom Garage - Auto Body Shop

Had an awesome experience at Luxury Custom Garage for my collision repair! A friend told me about this place, and I’m really glad he did. Nelson and the crew were super nice, helpful, and got my truck fixed up fast—and done right the first time. The whole team was friendly and professional, and you can tell they really care about their customers. Great service, quick turnaround, and solid work all around. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle taken care of!!!

I had to use my girlfriend's account because I don't have a Google account. My name is Andrew, and I am the owner of a 1998 Chevrolet C1500 Silverado. The truck has original Victory Red paint. I had already started modifying and customizing the truck to my liking, but I had several ideas for a more personal restoration that required professional bodywork help. I searched for a long time for a body shop I felt could do the work to the standard I wanted and give me the look I was dreaming of. After searching online, I found Luxury Custom Garage. I read the website in detail and thought that this place would be the perfect place to help me achieve my goals. After speaking with the owner, Nelson, on the phone, I brought the truck over, and together we went over the details of the things I wanted to do. I explained I had the parts already, but needed the labor. Nelson was very patient while I explained, and he made me feel very comfortable in trusting my dream truck with him and his team, especially considering the fact that the things I wanted done were very customized and not easy to accomplish. I left the truck with Nelson and waited. There were several things I had wanted done, from minor changes to major modifications, and during the entire process, Nelson called, texted, and sent me photo updates. I also came by the shop to see for myself how the work was going. Even though the job was still in progress, I was in awe at how fantastic everything was turning out, and I couldn’t wait for the final product. After a couple of weeks (my requests were not quick or easy), the truck was finally done. When I saw it, I could not believe it. The attention to detail was so much more than I had even imagined. They did not cut corners; they were meticulous and took their time to ensure that my goals were not just met but exceeded my expectations. The truck has never looked better. If you’re looking for a body shop run by people you can trust, who will maintain good communication, and complete work to a standard higher than you could even expect, there is only one choice: Luxury Custom Garage. Nelson is the best!! Fixed the damages on my car in an hour! Highly recommend. Sandra his secretary is also extremely efficient! Attended me in a timely manner—long story short: the dealer wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for a sensor malfunction where they would order unnecessary parts that weren’t even damaged. Sandra had the bumper removed before ordering any parts and charging me unnecessary fees. They had my car calibrated and working within a few hours at a quarter of the price the dealer was charging me. Best team EVER.

The work and the customer service speaks for itself. Nelson and his team have done a spectacular job. After the accident it took less than 2 weeks to get it fixed. Nelson is very organic and a real individual - refreshing for the services nowadays. Highly recommended!

I just recently moved to Miami and as soon as I got here, I parked my car outside and someone smacked into it took my mirror off and dented my front left door! Whoever the idiot was, they took off without even leaving a note or anything, and I am an Uber driver and my car is my livelihood. I wasn’t familiar with an auto body shop in the Miami area, so I did what everybody else does use Google. I met with 3 auto body shops that told me that I needed to leave the car over a week and all three prices were pretty expensive! I was about to give up because I could not afford to lose one week of worth of work, but a fellow driver highly recommended luxury custom garage So I went to the body shop and the first thing I saw was Ferrari’s, Porsche’s all these high-end cars and I thought they would try to definitely overcharge me for my basic car, and I was shocked when they gave me a better price than the previous three body shops that look like rundown junkyards!! I was an I was elated when they told me that the were actually able to do all of the repairs, paint, and make my car look the way that it did prior, all in 24 hours!! I never leave long reviews, but I felt compelled because I’m in a new city just getting situated in and my main source of income was jeopardized by an idot, and these guys really came through!! Truly the best shop I’ve ever been to! I got into a bad accident where my front bumper was destroyed, and every shop I went to quoted me really high rates to fix it (all out of pocket since I wasn’t going through insurance). What frustrated me most is that none of them were even willing to just paint and fit the bumper if I brought the parts myself — they still wanted to charge me ridiculous prices. Then I came across Luxury Custom Garage and met Nelson. The shop is beautiful, they work on high-end cars, and the reviews are flawless — so I figured this would probably be the most expensive place of them all. But from the very first conversation, Nelson was kind, approachable, and genuine. He was willing to do exactly what I needed and gave me a fair price at just a fraction of what others quoted. He walked me through the process and made me feel completely comfortable with my decision. What really impressed me is his dedication. The shop is open seven days a week, and it feels like Nelson never stops — he works around the clock and still takes the time to really connect with people. Even after my car was finished, he stood and talked with me for over 20 minutes, just because he genuinely cares. The results were amazing, and the experience was even better. Nelson really went above and beyond, and I left feeling so grateful. I can’t recommend Luxury Custom Garage enough — whether you have a luxury car or just need honest, quality service, this is the place to go. I’ll be telling all my friends about it. Wow, these guys are amazing! Not only did they deliver a perfect paint job, Nelson ended up painting a bumper to match the other that wasn't even part of the scope of work! Super nice guy and focused on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this shop. It's hard to find this level of integrity and service in Miami.

I had my hood dent fixed and painted here and the experience was amazing! The team did an incredible job – the hood looks brand new, you can’t even tell there was ever any damage. The service was super fast, professional, and the quality of the paint job was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs bodywork done!

Extremely satisfied with the service 10/10. They explain the whole process and very honest people. Did amazing work on my car. Was done in less than a week as well. So that’s a big plus. Owner Nelson and front desk Sandra are very nice people.
