As a BMW M owner, I’m pretty particular about who I trust to work on my car, and Luxury Auto Works absolutely delivered. I brought my M3 in for a “chassis code restricted” warning, and they diagnosed the issue quickly while clearly walking me through what they were seeing. It was obvious right away that they understand BMWs and performance cars, not just general maintenance. During their inspection they also pointed out the brakes were due soon. I already knew pads and rotors were coming up, so it was reassuring to see how thorough they were rather than just fixing the immediate problem and sending me on my way. I also really appreciated that they use OEM parts, which is important to me when maintaining an M car properly. The shop itself is pristine, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell the technicians take real pride in their work. That level of care and attention goes a long way when you own a performance-focused car like the M3. If you’re looking for a shop that truly understands BMWs and treats M cars the way they should be treated this is a place you can feel confident bringing your car. I’ll definitely be back.

Great service and a good team. I brought my collector 88 Landcruiser in while traveling to Austin for the day because it was giving me trouble starting. A friend recommended them so I stopped in on a whim. They pulled me in real quick, hooked up their diagnostic system and tested my cables and battery. Immediately found my starter was starting to fail. They sent one of their runners to their supply house, found me a quality OEM part and had me up and running within 1.5 hours. The lounge area at their Lamar location was great to do my computer work at during my brief wait, and of course all the other extremely nice rides they work on were pretty cool to see… Even though I’m outside of Austin, I would still make the extra drive time to have them work on my vehicles in the future. Fast and fair pricing with good people running the place. Can’t ask for more than that. Thanks.

A reliable mec and an honest business are very valuable to me. Luxury Auto goes beyond. I feel apart of a family. They take care of my every need and understand the stress of car issues. The mechanic side are always on point respect my needs. They over deliver by taking care of my uber while I wait for my car. I trust them with car advice when I don't have anyone to turn to. I am forever grateful for Zack who went above and beyond, even remembering to help me with something I had forgotten. Price is definitely a factor when picking a mechanic. I will always choose LUX AUTO over anyone dealership or Auto shop because they care enough to ask and give me their full attention. Everyone is helpful. They know me and I like that ALOT!

7yr in running of exceptional service at Luxury Auto Works! Never driven off of the lot after getting the car serviced or a fix and ran into an issues. Couple things I like really enjoy about the team: 1. Communication: before & after videos, clear recommendations, easy to reach a human and truly do what’s necessary. 2. Easy to schedule with and have always been able to accommodate this shoot I’m getting a tow to you, can you help do a quick check today?! Rarely a wait & if there is, it’s quick. 3. Work with my car extended warranty and help with the filing. It’s a no brainer. 4. Clean clean clean! The shop is so well maintained! Very clean & safe work space. Everyone is so professional The team is just exceptional. They respect your car and time. Turkey deliver top quality work!!

The team at Luxury Auto Works has been great. I recently purchased a 2005 CLK55 AMG cabriolet - they helped me to get the car in tip top condition for years of enjoyment. I had them replace engine mounts, replace rear axel, rear differential, rear crank case and front rotors. Car is running great! Work was well performed at a fair price.

Best in class service. LAW was able to take my Cadillac in to service a repair the day I called and had it ready the following day. The team at this facility is more knowledgeable and luxury trained than the people at Covert Cadillac. From hospitality, to knowledge and overall fair pricing. I highly recommend this team.

Old school Cadillac that most every other shop in the city rejected. Luxury Auto took it on and not only eased the worst fears of what it could be, they fixed issues that nobody else even tried. Now this is the only place I'm bringing my classic luxury ride for anything. They really stepped in and stepped up. Forever grateful for my new shop!
