Disappointed old customer.
Had been with them for 2 years and did 3 large services, spend $10k+.
Gist: great old staff (Micah) left, got new service staff (an Amber J), very little customer care, thoughtless high markup. (Quoted almost $5000 for fixing a 1 sq inch scratch, with the only option of taking the whole thing off, see screenshot below).
Fair for a business to quote any price, but my thing is: with very little thought going into possible alternatives, hit me with a huge price tag as the first proposal. Not something any good service business that care about their customers (especially returning ones) would do.
My last visit, and will pass on the info to friends in the enthusiast car community my experience.

Had a minor scratch (see photo) of about 1 square inch on my Lotus. Damaged clear coat but not the paint.
Amber was the service person, without much thinking, quoted about $5000 for the fix, saying cuz they needed to take the front clam off, and it’s a complex job.
Just a year ago, I took my R8 in, with a deep dent in my roof, with a 5 inch long scratch which did penetrate the coat and hurt the paint. My guy was Micah. They had to take the roof off. Together with one 7 inch scratch to the rear, one dent in front bender, the full repair was less than $6k.
And my same lotus had a 2 inch roof scratch (broke paint, full repaint) before, it was $1.5k (few months ago when Micah was still around).
