I’ve been a loyal customer of Luxury Auto Works for nearly 15 years, and this was my first experience with Luxury Auto Body. In my opinion, great customer service can truly make or break an experience—and they absolutely delivered. I can’t say enough about Amber and Brittany. Their communication and response time were stellar from start to finish. And when I picked up my vehicle, the quality of the work was fantastic. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The Team at Luxury Auto Body always comes in clutch! 5 Star Service from start to finish, I never have to worry about a thing. They are my go-to guys for my BMW and don’t foresee that changing anytime soon! Highly recommend them for your high end vehicles. Thank You Zach for getting me back on the road quick, fast and in a hurry!

I got rear ended in my Range Rover Sport at the end of June. Given that this was my first Range Rover, I wanted to choose a shop that was well-versed in dealing with Land Rover. I am so thankful that I picked Luxury Auto Body. Not only was their work incredibly well done and thorough, their communication was impeccable and frankly, a standard I wish every business held for themselves. Ruby text me every Tuesday and Thursday, regardless if there was new news or not. The repairs took much longer than anticipated, at no fault of the shop, but due to Land Rover part availability. Ruby and Micah were very transparent about what was going on and why. They were never dismissive of my frustration and helped me feel confident and comfortable. I absolutely will use them for their service arm and would refer them to anyone needing body work on a luxury vehicle.

I have been getting my car serviced at this place for years. No problem great service. The moment I took it over to the body shop the service sunk to the ground. I didn't feel like I was acknowledging, was made to wait for longer than I like, Wasn't even properly greeted. Then quoted a ridiculous price for a mirror repair. They guy just gave me an off the wall ripoff amount for a repair that didn't even make sense. He either didn't want my business or thought he could take advantage of a woman. I ended up making the repair on my own after finding the parts online. I'm incredibly disappointed and would not recommend my worst enemy to get a quote from body shop. The worst service ever.

Disappointed old customer. Had been with them for 2 years and did 3 large services, spend $10k+. Gist: great old staff (Micah) left, got new service staff (an Amber J), very little customer care, thoughtless high markup. (Quoted almost $5000 for fixing a 1 sq inch scratch, with the only option of taking the whole thing off, see screenshot below). Fair for a business to quote any price, but my thing is: with very little thought going into possible alternatives, hit me with a huge price tag as the first proposal. Not something any good service business that care about their customers (especially returning ones) would do. My last visit, and will pass on the info to friends in the enthusiast car community my experience. ——— TL;DR Had a minor scratch (see photo) of about 1 square inch on my Lotus. Damaged clear coat but not the paint. Amber was the service person, without much thinking, quoted about $5000 for the fix, saying cuz they needed to take the front clam off, and it’s a complex job. Just a year ago, I took my R8 in, with a deep dent in my roof, with a 5 inch long scratch which did penetrate the coat and hurt the paint. My guy was Micah. They had to take the roof off. Together with one 7 inch scratch to the rear, one dent in front bender, the full repair was less than $6k. And my same lotus had a 2 inch roof scratch (broke paint, full repaint) before, it was $1.5k (few months ago when Micah was still around).

I was very impressed with how friendly and, most importantly, helpful the staff and the manager was. They really went out of their way to take care of my repair needs and to go the extra mile. The work I had done was exceptionally executed, and I will definitely be a return customer; should the need ever arise.

They were extremely friendly and professional, and their communication at every stage was awesome. They got our Mercedes sprinter van fixed sooner than they expected, and they did a great job! The total due even came in slightly lower than what they had originally estimated.😊

“Top-Notch Service and Quality Repairs!” I recently had the pleasure of working with Luxury Auto Body - Austin, and they went above and beyond my expectations! I brought my car in to have the front bumper repaired which happened to be in a collision (someone bumped onto me in a parking spot), and from start to finish, the experience was flawless. Hilario Martinez, my advisor, was beyond fantastic. He handled the process with insurance company with ease and ensured every detail was taken care of. What really impressed me was their commitment to quality. They used only original parts, so my car came back looking like new (just like the day i first bought it) ! Hilario kept me updated every step of the way and made sure everything was handled professionally. The attention to detail and customer service at Luxury Auto Body is truly exceptional. They also fixed some small scratches as a courtesy! P.S: My car never looked this great as it does now, i swear! If you’re looking for a body shop that values quality and service, I highly recommend Luxury Auto Body - Austin. Ask for Hilario – he’s knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cares about his customers! Btw, they even have a mechanic shop too. Repaired my car first and thats how i got to know they have a body shop as well. All in one package! I hope you guys have the same great experience as i did!

If you’re looking for a top-notch luxury auto body experience, look no further! Ruby and Hilario are absolutely amazing people who go above and beyond for their customers. Their communication is seamless, keeping you in the loop every step of the way, which made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. The paintwork they did on my car is nothing short of incredible—flawless, vibrant, and absolutely showroom quality. You can tell they truly take pride in their craft. I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful for their hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
