From start to finish Paul and Lisa made the experience exceptional! Personal and honest - it’s hard to find these days. Our stay was everything we wanted and needed.

We just had the pleasure of staying at Bali hi in Balnarring beach for my son’s wedding. The house was so perfect in every way. We were accommodating the groomsmen for the wedding and the house accommodated us beautifully. The pool table was a big hit. Thank you and hopefully we will be back. Ps the position of the house was also perfect. Thank you Liz

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Stayed at Kalani in Killcare on the Central Coast over the weekend. The property had everything we were looking for and needed. The view was perfect. A big shout out to the team at Luxico and especially Kit who went above and beyond for us at every point before and throughout our stay.

Luxico blew me away with their customer service from the moment I booked. I booked the Mudbrick House in Balnarring for a Stretching retreat where I took 10 ladies along for an entire weekend. The photos of the house absolutely sold me and I knew I had to deliver a service to match. I had never run an event like this before and reached out to them for recomendations on caterers/chefs etc and of course they had everything covered with some brilliant contacts I could reach out to. After locking in the accomodation I was put in touch with my concierge Anna, who was so lovely and answered everyone of my emails for the month leading up. Mapping out a weekend like this was massive for me and I wanted to have all the details sorted as the schedule was tight. I contacted Anna several times to confirm the house amenities, bedroom layout and I even requested a video walk through of the house which she said of course no problem and sent though. Nothing was too hard leading up and when I arrived into the beautiful accomodation, Anna was there to help me figure out everything in the house and she even helped me unload my fridge items from the car. So sweet!!! Unlike other houses I've rented in the past, the photos of the house were no where near as impressive as the house itself when we all walked in. I just returned on Sunday from the retreat and a sitting here Thursday afternoon about to rebook the house for my next retreat! Thanks for the wonderful experience - Looking forward to staying again in October <3

The Marlin was the most beautiful house I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. I had originally booked another house for my wedding weekend through Luxico and when that house was sold, Vina from Luxico went above and beyond to find me a replacement that was just as good! And boy did she deliver! The photos were absolutely stunning at the Marlin. I booked through Luxico and from the start they were nothing but a delight to communicate with. Email responses were almost instant, someone met us at the house and showed us through and they even left a beautiful hamper and champagne in the fridge for us. It was just above and beyond. I can’t thank them enough for finding this stunning house for me to make my wedding weekend one I will never forget. Thank you thank you thank you!! 💕

Together with 3 other families we stayed at the Berry luxury barn house. The house is perfectly set up for famillies with plenty of things to keep the young ones entertained. It was very thoughtfully prepared and stocked for us, including delicious welcome gifts, oodles of pool toys and the fire pit prepared with marshmellows and toasting sticks provided. Kylie very helpfully provided local tips and advice and was always on call to help out. We all had a superb weekend down there. Thanks team Luxico.

Cremorne Sanctuary is a truly wonderful experience. The design itself is a pleasure to be surrounded by and made the most incredible backdrop for wedding photos. Paul was the most gracious Concierge and provided an easy check-in experience and plenty of useful information about the house. The garage is very spacious as are all living areas, the kitchen and bedrooms. All bathrooms have an abundance of space, storage and are finished in the most stunning of stone and marble. We couldn’t recommend staying at Cremorne Sanctuary more!
