Lupin Inc. are the gold standard that other repair people need to hold to! My spouse and I purchased a basic water softener and started having trouble-called Lupin to get advice repair, he not only gave free advice but when we made an appointment for repair, and he discovered what was wrong, he did not charge us at all! (We went and got our own part and fixed it ourselves using his advice) My spouse and I continued to try to work with our basic softener but we realized we got a defective unit. (DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL WATER SOFTENERS!) We called up Lupin again, had him remove the POS softener and install a nice softener that was a flat rate with a very fair price, included 4 bags of softner salt and install fee. Clear communication, professional yet empathetic, punctual, and just all around fantastic. Cannot recommend enough if you are having water softener issues.

Had Jeremy redesign my pressure tank system after some major capacity issues with my low flow residential well water. His work was top notch and the price was fair. I’ve known Jeremy for many years since serving together in the Army. He is honest, trustworthy, and doesn’t bullshit you. If he recommends something, it’s because you truly need it. Hire him and you get a great service or product without the up charge seen elsewhere in the interior.

I had a really great experience with Lupin Water and wanted to share it! My water softener broke unexpectedly, so I gave Jeremy a call—even though it was Sunday. He actually picked up right away, was super nice about it, and got me scheduled for a new one the very next day (Monday). Jeremy came out within a few days to inspect our water softener system after we started having issues with hard water. He very flexible when we needed to reschedule last minute and didn't charge for a quote. When he got here, he showed my husband what he was looking at and why, and educated him on what to look for if we had issues in the future. He conducted the repair on the spot, and charged $100 which was well worth worth it since other companies were charging $200 just to drive out here, and he fixed the issue. Jeremy told us he has a team of handymen and electricians, which we anticipate needing in the future!

Jeremy was great! I had him replace the pressure tank and he did such a great job I asked him to install twin big boy filters. His work is extremely meticulous and he works quickly. Very punctual and he guarantees his work. He also took the time to check out the rest of the house and ensure it was up to par. Highly recommend him over anyone in Fairbanks or North Pole.

So glad I asked Fairbanks Groups regarding water softener & filter installers. The overwhelming answers came in with Lupin Water and another establishment I won't mention. I called both and received quotes quickly but the involved customer service of Jeremy made the difference. He is knowledgeable, skilled, and does as he says. 1 year warranty on installation and 5 year manufacturer's warranty sealed the deal (which was 33% lower than the other quote). Lupin Water won't let you down.

After being told by a different company in town that my whole home system was installed wrong and then wanting to charge me 160 dollars to just come out and have a look. I called Jeremy and they were very fast to respond and set up a next day appointment. They did the inspection for WAYYY less than the other company. This company believes in taking care of their customers and not padding their pockets. If you're in the market for a system or need any work done to your house with water softening or filters use this company. I promise you will not be disappointed and you will pay a considerable amount less for better work.

Absolutely the best! Came the same day I called to fix our water softener, identified the issue instantly and fixed it with the part that he had on hand. Also had great advice for future issues. Will definitely be using Jeremy again!
