Troy Dolney is the Services Leader for LunsPro Inspections. Troy works hard to be a mentor and leader for our inspectors. He also helps serve with our Growth team by performing trainings for real estate teams about the inspection process. They all enjoy Troy's many stories! ๐จโ๐ซ
Troy was born and raised in Minnesota, but decided to head south a few years ago with his wife, Cari, and daughter, for the warmer weather, beaches, and fishing here. ๐ฃ๐
Troy grew up in the construction/remodeling business that his dad owned and he and his siblings worked for him throughout high school.๐ Troy has worn many hats in his day and believes they have all helped shape who he is as a home inspector today. Those hats include Marine Corps, Project Manager, resort owner, volunteer fireman, part-time deputy sheriff, and professional bass fisherman. Before joining LunsPro, he owned a home inspection company in Virginia.๐ Previous to being involved in home inspections, Troy worked as an IT project manager for almost 20 years.
In his spare time, Troy enjoys fishing, more fishing, even more fishing, and working out. He even fished the pro bass circuit a few years ago and had the great opportunity to fish with and against many of his fishing idols growing up. Troy gets the most joy out of spending time with his wife and daughter and especially loves that they also enjoy fishing!๐
