I rented through Johnny for around 3 years and had a really good experience with him as my property manager. We went through a lot in our household with multiple roommates and he was always responsive, easy to approach, and extremely kind and understanding. If anyone is looking at renting a home through Luminor, know that you will be supported every step of the way (as legally able, anyway).

I highly recommend working with Steven! I was a tenant for three years and couldn't be happier with the experience. Steven is, by far, the best landlord I've had. He's responsive, gets things fixed quickly, and understands the property well. He has a gardener come by each month to clean up our side/backyard, which is a huge help. His kind, personable, and easygoing personality makes him a pleasure to work with. We just moved out to go to the East Bay but if we ever move back to SF, we will definitely be reaching out to Steven to see if he has any availability. We loved the apartment, treated it well, and he gave us our full deposit back. The sense of trust in our relationship was unlike any other landlord/tenant relationship I've had - an absolute breath of fresh air.

Great! Steve Zang, the property manager was always attentive. He would returns calls And text quickly and always found solutions to the the issues and was always fair and kind.

Called Mr. Yu about leaking bathroom and kitchen faucets celling lights not working, window needs fixing; plumber and electrician arrived promptly and fixed everything.L sleep good and wake up happy as a lark.Mr. Yu and his team are very responsive.

i’m extremely satisfied! The service is impeccable. The owner is so honest, so on top of things, he made me feel safe and heard, they took care of every single thing. They made sure the tenants were right, they made sure every detail was cared for. I recommend this company and Steven 100% he deserves more than five stars :-)
