Today I had to use a taxi to get from the hospital in Alliston to Home and Beeton and I phoned Luma Taxi what wonderful wonderful service he sent a driver out over like terrible terrible weather conditions but the driver got me home safe and sound very pleasant. very polite rates were amazing. It was a lot cheaper than what I thought it would be and I just wanna commend Luma for having a driver like Sam he was the best and I’ll definitely use their service again. Thank you so so much and I recommend them to anyone that needs reliable clean taxi service in the area.

I’m a wheelchair user and Luma taxi was able to take myself and my seizure alert dog to an appointment at RVH in Barrie for 10:15pm with their wheelchair van. Wait for me and take us back home. Not only was the driver incredibly kind, he was so respectful. They kept in constant contact leading up to pick up, drop off and returning home. Finding accessible transportation is so challenging and this allowed me to be independent. We will definitely use their services again. Thank you!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Luma Taxi. I booked my service a week before it was needed. They were fast in responding. As well as confirmed my service the day before. The morning of the day I was using them, they confirmed again and let me know when my driver would be arriving. My driver arrived early, was very polite and friendly. He was engaging in conversation, the music was too loud, no crazy driving. The vehicle was very clean. All in all a very great experience and I will use them again.

I had a very poor experience with Luma Taxi. The driver was rude and dismissive, and the car was not clean at all. The fare was much higher than expected, and the whole ride felt uncomfortable. I won’t be using this service again.

Driver handled horrid weather extremely well, and was a good chat for the ride. Definitely gonna keep using their services
