Had the pleasure of photographing one of Luka Design Builds newest luxury homes in Northern Virginia, and was highly impressed with the quality of the work, attention to detail and luxury finishes in the home. Their work stands out in the market, and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a high-end custom home in the DC area.

We recently used Luka Builders to build a new construction home in Fairfax, VA. Sergio and Cecilia are amazing and made what could have been a very overwhelming process, very smooth. Their attention to detail and communication were top notch and they went above and beyond to deliver our dream home. Sergio and his team are very professional and hardworking. Cecilia guided us through the many interior design selections to be made and brought our vision to life. We couldn’t be happier with our custom build. I highly recommend Luka Builders for all of your new construction, home renovation, and interior design needs!

We started our project with another builder and were totally dead in the water. I reached out to Luka and Sergio was on site with me the next day to discuss the build. Our project was a challenging one- we gutted an existing 1950’s stone house and added a large addition + a 2 story detached garage. Lots of technical aspects and we also had a very particular vision in mind. The Luka team listened to every request we made and always seemed willing to go the extra step. With every road block we ran into along the way, Sergio, Juan & Diego were quick to find a resolution and keep us moving forward. From a design perspective, Cecilia and Valentina were also great to work with. I had several ideas, some more fleshed out than others- and they were always willing to work so collaboratively, often times with several revisions and clearly listened to all the intricate details of my requests. The 3D renderings they provided were also SUPER helpful! I also can’t say enough about the crew they had on site day in and day out- these guys were so talented, nice and SO hard working. The special touches, -built ins and accent walls- showcase their skill, and that this home was custom built for us. Overall, my only regret is not going with Luka from the get go. They clearly care about the quality of their work and the overall satisfaction of their clients. We will be using them, along with Luka Home Services for all other projects / home maintenance items going forward.

Detail-oriented, well-organised, and professional company. Highly recommend. We found LUKA builders from several articles about best contractors in Northern Virginia. We cross-referenced reviews and decided to hire them after seeing their quote for our major main bathroom renovation. What we liked: - Customer service. Cecilia was kind enough to meet us personally for material selection so that we can see with our own eyes what things will look like, now just on photos or computer designs. We maintained constant comms through WhatsApp group for everyone's situational awareness and documented everything in a shared Google Doc for Q&A. Each of our suggestion was respectfully considered and all pros and cons discussed. Sergio went above and beyond to help us with small things (replacing poorly design shower arm, etc) and even though the construction was over, when we asked Sergio to help us mount blinds in the bathroom, he sent his foreman to do so. We really appreciate it. - Organisation. Everyone was always on time and things were always on schedule. The tradesmen were as precise as a Swiss watch; they always arrived exactly when planned. The foremen - Diego and Juan were always present each day to make sure the tradesmen did exactly what design required and left the job site clean afterwards. - Detail-oriented. Everything was pre-planned in advance - the drawings, the designs, the computer renders, etc. We always knew what to expect and how it is going to look like. - Craftsmanship. Cecilia's and Sergio's partner companies did an excellent job with all the details of this renovation. From initial demolition, to framing, to electrical, plumbing, tiling, finishing, - everything was done really well with attention to the smallest of things. The job site was always left clean each day. - Transparency. We knew what any deviation from the plan will cost; everything was documented and transparent; there were never any misunderstandings with regards to cost of extra things or changes to plans. Sergio was always clear on what consequences a change will have.

Our family had an incredible experience working with Luka. Their team exudes luxury and customer attention. Their communications with us throughout the process were first rate and the delivered product exceeded our highest expectations. Our family would recommend Luka to anyone who has their dream home in mind.

Cannot say enough AMAZING things about LUKA Builders and the owners Cecilia and Sergio. Their attention to detail, design ideas and customer service are outstanding! They remodeled our foyer area and it turned out INCREDIBLE!

We had a great experience with Sergio and Ceci and their teams in building of our new house. We went under a contract with them from overseas based on the floorplans only. LUKA Builders were amazing throughout the process, going above and beyond of what was required under the contract - they were highly organized and responsive in our daily interactions with them; they made the adjustments to their original plans when improvements were needed and raised certain design and construction points on their own to ensure the design and quality were consistent in the house. This is a team that cares for the quality of the homes they deliver and are dynamic and proactive in bringing improvements in the construction process. The result is a stunning home that we love and hope to enjoy for years to come!

I had a truly impeccable experience with Luka Builders. I utilized them to do a very large addition to my home that included a master bedroom, closet, large bathroom, and living area. From start to finish they listened to every last one of my needs and concerns. I never thought I would say a construction company was clean- but the cleanliness during construction was next to none. They really paid attention to detail and I was grateful to get to work with them! Their design team presented options that were practical but stylish. I had to make very few tweaks and it really showcased their care for their clients! I don't plan on any more home additions, but I will certainly find ways to work with Luka in the future!
