The standout new exhibition in the city is a spectacular tribute to Gian Lorenzo Bernini, described as one of the most significant and far-reaching retrospectives ever devoted to the Baroque master.
Among the other recent openings are a show dedicated to Constantin Brancusi at Trajan's Markets, Habsburg Masterpieces at Palazzo Cipolla (from 6 March), and an exhibition on Zanabazar at Galleria Borghese.
Looking ahead, another major highlight is Hokusai, opening on 27 March at Palazzo Bonaparte, celebrating the work of Hokusai.
