I’m based in Adelaide and work long hours during the week, so finding a refrigerator and washing machine on short notice was a real challenge, especially with my family moving in soon. I came across a great deal at Lucky White Goods for both items at a much lower price. Even though they’re second-hand, they came with a warranty and work perfectly. The staff were very understanding of my situation and incredibly efficient with the delivery. One of them personally came on a Sunday to set everything up just to accommodate my schedule — truly above and beyond! A business that genuinely values its customers.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Although the goods are seconds/damaged, they still work perfectly; and cost us 1/3 of the price new! We had an issue with our ice dispenser, and the team went above and beyond by coming out after hours in their own time to fix it. Highly recommend.
