Lucky was fantastic! It was Friday evening and we had no hot water. He put his dinner aside and rushed over. What I feared was going to have a big out of pocket expense was something minor. He didn't try and up sell me on anything, he was honest, efficient and put my mind at ease. He fixed the issue and didn't price gouge me for the after hours visit. Should I need further plumbing needs, they'll be my first call.

Awesome,, Amazing service 🙌🏼 Sam was very respectful and professional. We got home and our Bathtub was backed up with water. Didn’t know who to call or what to do. We decided to call Lucky Plumbing & Rooter because they had amazing reviews. so I decided to go with them (6pm) and I was not disappointed whatsoever. Sam was at our door within 30 minutes of the initial phone call. Hopefully this never happens again with some advice from Sam, but if we do I know exactly who I’m calling. 🤗

I had made an inquiry online about a bad main shutoff and sprinkler valve, was called back within minutes, and was promply set an appointment right next day. Technicians arrived right on time, were quick to assess, and were clear about what they needed to do and got the job done very well. I'm happy with the end result and appreciate the help!

Yuri is a true honest blessing. After me and my husband attempting to start the water heater several times we thought for sure we needed a new water heater. After checking out Yuri review I gave him a call. He told me he can be by as soon as he’s done with his other job 30 minutes later he told me he would be here in five minutes. He arrive went straight to the water heater cleaned up a few things blew out a few webs and my water heater was up and running again. I was the “ Lucky “ one! Called to get a price on a service call since my water heater turned off, gentlemen who answered my call walked me through the process of troubleshooting and got it working at no cost! Real friendly and knowledgeable! Will call them for future services!
