LTJ Air Conditioning was referred to me by my daughter in law a year ago. I am so thankful for that recommendation. The first time I called was one hot summer Saturday afternoon. The technician that day was Tobias and he was pretty busy. He was in George West but took the time to call me at 7:30pm to let me know he was on his way his. He stayed until 9pm making sure the outside and inside units were working properly before he left. I was truly impressed by his kindness, professionalism and dedication. The fact that he took the time to make sure his last customer of the day was taken care of meant so much to me. That experience is what convinced me to move forward and sign up with an annual contract with his company. Since then Patrick has serviced my unit and I've thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He carefully inspects the system inside snd out, identifies any issues, corrects them and most importantly explains everything clearly. I really appreciate how he takes the time to explain what is wrong and how he plans to fix it in simple easy to understand terms. He even shares helpful tips on things I can do myself to help the system run efficiently and get the most value for my money. It's rare to find a company that combines professionalism, knowledge and genuine customer care the way LTJ does. I'm very grateful for their service and highly recommend them!

Patrick and Loreto did an amazing job installing my new AC system and whole home dehumidifier. Installation was super clean and everything is working perfectly. Patrick did an excellent job replacing the condenser fan blade and fan motor and getting my AC back up and running. He quickly confirmed the issue, explained what needed to be done, and completed the repair efficiently and professionally. His technical knowledge and attention to detail were obvious throughout the job, and everything was tested to ensure the system was operating properly before he wrapped up. The technician that came out(Pat) was courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything that needed to be done and how it would be done and the benefits from it so that I would understand everything.
