LT Nails & Spa - Nail Salon Fort Myers FL

Very clean and nice staff. Unfortunately the work was not. I was looking at some of the pictures of other customers on here and their nails look great. Idk what happened with mine . My pedicure is sloppy, the nail tech didn’t put any effort into cutting my cuticles or making sure my feet were smooth, very rushed work. No foot massage either. My finger nails were done super fast too. The work is very bad, they look like big blocks. Look at the pictures. That was my experience. There’s no excuse for bad work and this is terrible. I know they’re going to comment, I should have told them but i was trying to be patient and saying something which I’ve done in the past even if it’s a minor thing creates a different attitude towards the customer, so now you (myself) feel uncomfortable and the tech becomes irritated. Also coming back and they will fix it, is not realistic, it’s about doing a good job period especially since it was my first impression of them. It’s time & money spent. I don’t want to make the drive again. I will not recommend or come back.

I walked in got service right way. Was there for a little over an hour. I was complicated per usual😂 my nail tech Davis didn’t seem to mind. Was very nice and told me the prices of different things until I found what I wanted for the price i could afford. Made jokes and talked while working which is nice because places I’ve gone to before, I just sit in silence.
