Levik from LS Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. did an amazing job and installed a Toilet ceiling exhaust fan with light.He disconnected one of the Ceiling lights and use the same power for energizing it without leaving any mess and no need to Patch and paint the area.

I would highly recommend LS Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. because of the excellent service and professionalism! Not only the work was completed on time and with an excellent quality - Levik also took care of correcting and updating the existing plumbing and electrical issues as a licensed professional in those areas fields also. In one word - he cares about his work and makes sure it is done on the highest level possible and to have the customer completely satisfied! I will not be looking anymore for any other services to take care of my AC, Electrical or Plumbing needs as I found the one!

Levik is a professional fantastic trustworthy and knowledgeable person. We are working with him for 8 years .recently he changed our both units with perfect work which one of them was so hard because of the location was in our back yard. LS Air Conditioning and Heating is the best company I have dealt with over the past 25 years of home ownership in Granada Hills. My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. Levik worked to diagnose and explain in detail what the problem was. My ac is old and not well maintained (my fault). The condenser fan motor needed to be replaced and the 3 ton evaporator coil might have a leak. He used a sealant that glows in the dark and unfortunately for me there was a refrigerant leak in the coil. The coil was rusty and gross and was in the house when I bought it 25 years ago. Levik worked very hard to get my ac up and running. He drove to Oxnard to pick up the evaporator coil. He even helped me register the product warranty online. He worked all day and night as I cannot tolerate heat or cold due to medication I take. Suffice to say he installed and had the ac cooling my home on the same day. I cannot describe all the details of minor and major fixes he implemented to make sure everything was up to code. He had to reroute my furnace exhaust, sealed the enclosure where the evaporator and furnace are and so forth. Levik is very professional and an expert on AC and Heaters. Furthermore, he can explain clearly the issues the owner is facing and has options. I have used many companies over the years and the work done, could have been done better. LS Air Conditioning is the only company I will ever use again period. Levik really goes out of his way to improve what you have. I will also make sure to have maintenance performed once a year by him.

I had Levik come over the weekend and install a mini split in our back house. He was very consultative and did a great job installing the system. Very happy with his work would happily recommend him to anyone.
