Washington and his team did a fantastic job in finishing our basement. The job was a tall order. We wanted the main area to be nearly fully open to the outside with a wall of folding doors, which means it required structural changes. Other contractors I talked with didn’t think this was a big deal (which is scary), but Washington got a structural engineering involved to ensure the house remains stable. At the end, we had 6 large cross beams added and a lot more support studs. That was just the very beginning, the brick had to be removed and reinstalled to make the doors look seamless from the outside as well. Beth, the interior designer, did a wonderful job with everything inside. This included a kitchen, 2 living areas with fireplaces, and a theater room. Osmany, the project manager, was great to work with and kept the project on track. He’s always prompt with texts and call should I have a question and addressed any concerns I had. I always tell people, for jobs like this, you should be very weary of the cheapest option. Do your research and always go with the most trusted and competent company with stellar reviews and word of mouth recommendations, and that for us was Loyal Construction. We are planning on a master-bath remodel in the next few months and will definitely remain “Loyal” to Loyal 😁.

We did an extensive kitchen and guest bath remodel. I talked to several contractors and checked references and contracted with Loyal. Washington was prompt in meeting and quoting. Started the work and ended as planned. Osmany was our project manager. Entire team was responsive and flexible. Offered options and solutions when decisions were needed. Quality and functionality of the work were my main priorities and they delivered well. Communication was good. Team was detail oriented and worked tirelessly to ensure I was happy with the result. I would definitely hire again. Loyal is trustworthy and delivers with quality.

My family had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company! About a year ago, we had them rebuild a steam shower in our basement, followed by a full renovation of the remaining portion of that bathroom as well as our master bathroom 6 months later. For the initial estimate the owner came out personally to discuss the potential project. He was punctual, courteous, and his prices were quite competitive. Once work commenced, they were always accessible, transparent throughout the entire process, and finished under budget and on time. We are now 6 months out from finishing, and we have not had any issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering household renovation projects, and we certainly will be using them for our future needs as well.

We aren't in the habit of posting reviews online, but it is our pleasure to do so for Loyal Construction. The owner, Washington, and his crew were exceptional from start to finish. In a time where general contractors have a reputation for poor professionalism and follow through, Washington, his foreman Osmany, and his team of subcontractors broke every stereotype. They were prompt, courteous, communicative, fair, reasonable, transparent, diligent, had attention to detail, followed through - AND delivered an amazing end product. We were under a time crunch to install a handicap friendly/ADA compliant bathroom for my mother, who had recently moved in with us. Washington and crew were very understanding and moved mountains to design and finish the project as quickly as possible, even working on weekends. They also took great care to protect our home from dust and construction debris, but covering all spaces with protective materials. In the few instances in which we found some work that lacked attention to detail, when we pointed out our concerns, they immediately addressed them without push back. It's human nature to have errors from time to time, but what set the group apart was their willingness to take on board the feedback and correct it quickly. Their pricing was competitive and with the incredible customer service, we really could not have asked for more. Most importantly, my mom is now safe using her new bathroom -- all thanks to this group. We can't recommend them enough!

This is the 3rd project that Loyal Construction has completed for us. We have been amazed at the professionalism and finished project that his team has provided each time. Loyal Construction did an amazing job remodeling two of our bathrooms—we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were outstanding. They provided a digital rendering of what the finished product would look like and assisted us with our design choices. Other than changes we requested during the process or due to upgrading the original construction, Loyal stayed close to the estimate and the finished on the timeline. Throughout the remodel, they routinely kept us informed on the daily arrival of their workers and any needed changes to the work that needed to be performed. They have talented individuals on their team who did a very professional job. They took their time setting up plastic barriers to contain the remodeling dust and dirt. Afterwards they had a cleaning crew come in to ensure everything was clean to both our and their standards. I don't normally recommend businesses unless they do something exceptional. I've never had an exceptional experience with a contractor until now. Washington and Osmany at Loyal Construction were simply fantastic. We just finished a renovation of our entire home in 8 weeks. (Yes 8 Weeks and on time!) 3 bathrooms fully renovated, powder bath relocation, load bearing wall removed and supported. Gas lines, plumbing, and a/c relocated. Complete kitchen reno, built new laundry room, fireplace update, All door hinges and knobs replaced. New flooring throughout 4000 sq ft home. House painted inside and out including new Cedar Board and Battan Shutters. Not a single cosmetic surface of the house was untouched. Loyal Construction's crew was like a well oiled machine. They were on time and on budget. They were flexible and helpful with requested changes and always friendly.
