Low Price Auto Glass & Tint

Originally had an appointment scheduled with Safelite to replace the windshield on my 22 Ridgeline, but after reading the reviews and getting the quote price I decided to look around some more. I came across LPAG and emailed about a quote that I received same day, as well as offered same day replacement, It was WAY cheaper, but not only that the staff was very friendly. I’m usually cautious about the quality of service when it’s cheaper than their competitors but the reviews really speak for themselves. One small detail I thought was pretty cool was they even put all the stickers I had on my old windshield in the same spot. Highly recommend considering this place if you need a repair or replacement, thanks guys!

Run from this shop!! I don’t know how they stay in business. I would not recommend Low Price Auto Glass. They replaced the rear glass on my son’s 2018 Golf GTI and ended up damaging the spoiler during the installation. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to take responsibility or cover the repair. I’ve called multiple times trying to resolve this, but I keep getting no real answers or follow-up. To make matters worse, the manager made an insulting comment saying I only went to them because I couldn’t afford the dealership. That was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Now I’m left paying out of pocket to fix damage that occurred during their service, which got worse. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

These guys did an amazing job replacing my front windshield on my 2019 Toyota Tundra. Let me start by saying; I called every shop in New Braunfels and San Marcos and no one could beat their price. They were the cheapest everywhere by about $300. - (This is including the new windshield and recalibration). I brought them brand new windshield wipers to put on my truck after they were done, and they didn’t charge me a dime for that service. Most places would charge $40 in labor to do something this small. They also kept my dashcam in mind when replacing my windshield and instructed me on the time frame to wait to put it back on. They’re worth every penny. If you go anywhere else, you’re throwing your money away.

After having a terrible experience scheduling with Safelite in South Austin, I decided to call LPAG for a quote/schedule. They were able to get me in the very next day. I expected to wait around for a couple of hours — I even brought snacks just in case — but the job was completed in less than half an hour. I highly recommend coming here! Thank you guys a lot!

Safelite wanted to charge me $1700 to replace the windshield on my Ram truck and Low Price Auto Glass did it for $450!!! And on top of that it only took them 30 minutes to install it! These guys are amazing!!!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to leave one for this business. Fast response to my inquiry and was very helpful with setting up an appointment for my windshield replacement. Check in process was seamless and only waited 10mins for my windshield to be done and replaced. Quality work and great customer service with great pricing.

Came in for a replacement for my VW Tiguan 2018. I called a few days out and was able to get a quick appointment in the morning that worked for me. They gave me a set time of about how long it was going to take and it was done well before that time when I got it done. Communicated everything that needs to be watched out after install and they also had beat price from other places when I was calling around for quotes. Would highly recommend.

Hassan and his crew are great people. I thought I went in with a cracked passenger side window and it turned out that it was just a scratch on my tint from the inside. They could’ve lied and replaced the window and charged me for that but instead they chose honesty. Honesty is a rare thing these days. For that alone I will use them for all my glass and tint needs indefinitely.

As soon as I called, they had availability that same day. Did my tint in a timely manner. Tint looks great and it was a great price nobody else could beat. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get good quality tint done at a low price.

I got my winshiled replaced on my 2024 Toyota 4Runner by Low Price Glass here in San Marcos. I choes to go with them on my windshild because on thier websight they stated "OEM glass". Well i did more research and found out that it was all a LIE, they only have aftermarcket glass! I asked them if they could go back with an OEM because thats what i was wanting in my 4runner and they reassuered me that it was going to be OEM. On top of that I was told the glass was safe to drive off right after it was installed. I later found out that it was indeed not safe to drive off, luckely I wasnt in a wrek on my way home because if I was to get in on the first thing that would have come out would have been my winshiled.
