Honestly. I usually do not write these reviews. However, I feel I really need to. In a day when many places are over priced, give poor service and have you waiting for what seems like forever my experience here was the complete and total opposite. My.cat had not been eating, had had diarrhea and had thrown up. This was the third place I called. They were actually $30 cheaper than the other BUT more importantly NOT a three hour wait. (one place said although my cat was 4 years old and fully vaxed, a Parvo test for the amount of $222 would probably be required to be seen on top of the $139 office visit!!) While Los Olivos understandably wouldn’t promise there wouldn’t be a wait because they could have an emergency walk in they seemed friendly and as of now there was I think they said one person in the office. I got dressed and realized they had texted me their address which was nice because I was able to map it quickly. We walked in and the girl behind the counter was extremely friendly and caring. My furbaby and I were taken right into the examination room where I filled out the paperwork. We waited MAYBE 5 mins for the doctor. And he was also very caring and attentive. My cat was given a shot of antibiotics and something to sooth her tummy as well as prescriptions to bring home. We were in and out in approximately 49 minutes. After showing no interest in food for 24 hours she was eating about 3 hours after being treated for a gastrointestinal issue. Here we are 6 hours later and I am laying here and she is cuddled up next to me purring. Thank you so much for helping my fur baby feel better. I am saving their number in my phone now in case I we need an emergency vet again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Fair, caring and the vet not pressure you to do unnecessary things just for the money!!!! THANK YOU AI MUCH FOR HELPING MY FURBABY, FOR LISTENING AND FOR CARING!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! (Also, VERY clean office!!)

☆☆☆☆☆ - Zero Stars I brought my dog here after he experienced a seizure — he’s been on seizure medication for several years and hadn’t had one in over five. I expected an emergency veterinarian to be professional, equipped, and compassionate. Unfortunately, this clinic was none of those things. From the moment I walked in, I could tell something was off. The lighting was extremely dim, there was no air conditioning despite the heat, and the entire facility looked neglected. There were no computers, no visible medical equipment, and no veterinary technician present — only the front desk attendant and the veterinarian himself. I was asked to handwrite my dog’s information on a single sheet of paper with just my phone number and email. No one asked about my dog’s medical history, allergies, or medications — basic questions that should be standard for any veterinary visit, especially an emergency. During the visit, the veterinarian performed only three actions: 1. Weighed my dog 2. Listened to his heart with a stethoscope 3. Told me that because my dog was already on seizure medication and this wasn’t his first seizure, he was “fine” and that I should go to a 24-hour emergency hospital if I was worried That was the entire exam. He didn’t document anything properly — just scribbled notes in a circle on a single piece of paper that already contained details from at least nine other animals he’d seen before me. There was no proper medical charting, no treatment plan, no explanation, and certainly no sense of professionalism. When I went to leave, I was suddenly told that I owed $100 for an office visit, even though no service or treatment was actually provided. I had never been informed of the cost beforehand, and there was no consent form, estimate, or verbal disclosure at any point. When I asked why, the veterinarian came out front and began yelling at me and my husband, raising his voice and belittling. When I told him I was a nurse, hoping he’d show a bit of professional understanding, he snapped back: “Then you should know better.” That line alone said everything about his attitude — dismissive, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Working healthcare I have never seen a professional behave this way toward a patient or family member, let alone someone seeking emergency care for their pet. Between the rundown facility, the lack of documentation, the nonexistent communication, and the hostile demeanor, this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I’m writing this not out of anger but out of concern for other pet owners who may find themselves in distress and assume this place can help. Please do your research and save yourself the frustration. And based on the condition of the clinic, the way this doctor reacts to criticism, and the tone of the other “five-star” reviews, I’m fairly certain he’s paying for them. If “as a nurse I should know better” is this veterinarian’s idea of compassion and professionalism, then perhaps he should know better. Basic business management 101 Dude, go back to school and start learning how to treat both his patients and their owners with basic respect. For the doctor: I Can’t wait to see your reaction and you’re horrible response based off the other rude critiques of the honest reviews from your paying customers that you’ve gotten already… VMB is going to love this

I had a great experience at this veterinary clinic. The staff and doctor were friendly and welcoming, and the clinic itself was very clean. I really appreciated that they were open late, which made it convenient to visit after work. I brought my cat in because we were planning a car trip together, and the whole process, from booking the appointment to the visit itself, was easy and stress-free. The vet was very kind, and when I noticed my cat seemed a bit groggy after the medication, I was able to reach out to them right away. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and helped ease my worries. Overall, I’m really happy with the care we received!

My dog was in need of a emergency c section on a friday at about 7pm. I called all over the inland empire and everyone was over priced or couldn't help me. I called this hospital and they told me to come down and the price was reasonable and they helped me and my fur baby which I'm grateful for them.

Called before I was on my way thankfully he answered and was able to take care of my fur baby Luna!! I also posted on yelp, the vet/owner was super kind and attentive while working with us. The visit was fairly priced I will definitely be coming back. There was no wait time thankfully, he is the only staff member but works quickly!!

Saved my cats life, the late hours these guys run are a life saver, I got home from work to find my cat running an insane fever, way to late for anyone else to see them, no crazy emergency up-charges and the doctor was fast and knowledgeable, if Iived closer this would be our only vet but unfortunately it’s a long drive for me, anyone local I highly highly recommend this doc.

The doctor is very kind and compassionate. He takes good care of my pets. They actually like him and are not afraid of him like some vets. The staff is also very friendly and efficient. The doctor's prices are very reasonable. And he does not try to sell you a bunch of things or tests that are not necessary. He seems very knowledgeable

If i could give 0 stars I would. If you care about your pet find somewhere else. I took my dog to this place after calling to confirm they could see emergencies. My dog arrived with literal blood falling out of her rectum, this doctor continuously requested to do a parvo test when we continuously told him that she does not have parvo. To no surprise, test came back negative. He then suggest a plethora of anti-emetics, anti-diarrheal, and abx costing me nearly 600 dollars and I declined because I didn’t see how that would fix the problem. He then says “okay well take her home monitor her for a couple of days and come back when you’re ready for the medications” and walked out the room. I found a REAL animal hospital at about 4am when my baby was doing very unwell. After imaging, labs, and hydration to stabilize her (a PROPER work up) they told me my sweet girl was suffering from anaphylaxis most likely secondary to a bug bite. They told me they didn’t know how she made it through the night because of all the blood loss. (My baby is a fighter). Treatment consisted of none of the things this doctor was offering. My sweet girl is stable and will be back home shortly, no thanks to this hospital. They got me for 215 bucks just for the parvo test and a 5 minute assessment. Truly a scam. In response to the owner: how do you consider that relief? When I literally left out the same way I came in and never had a suspicion that my dog had parvo. Maybe if you had some common sense my dog would’ve got proper care from your facility.

Can here just shy of closing, the lights were off but the Dr. had seen me when leaving and chose to come back just to see if my pet needed treatment. He spent about an hour rushing around getting taking care of everything that was needed. Honestly grateful and amazed. Thank you.
