I was stuck on the road in Detroit and needed immediate service and they were right there. WOW!! Great great company. Super fast pull up, excellent customer service. I could really tell that these guys knew what they were doing starting from the initial phone quote all the way to getting my car to safety, in which I am thankful. I know if I am ever in a jam again, I’m calling LORENZO !!!

Had a flat tire and called Lorenzo Towing. Mo came out quickly, was super professional, and took care of everything. He not only changed the tire but also pumped it up to make sure I was good to go. He made the whole experience stress free. I definitely recommend asking for Mo he knows what he’s doing and really takes care of his customers!

Charged me $253 for a tow job. They did not provide me with any service. It took them an hour and a half to show up to where I WAS. I got picked up by a cop and a different towing company due to me partially blocking the lane so I had to pay for a different company to tow me to a car repair place. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO

You can't go wrong with this towing company! This business is run by some of the most professional people I've met. Lorenzo was prompt, friendly, and towed my Mustang to its destination at a great rate. Five stars all the way!

I am very pleased and happy with the fast and reliable serviceI I got from Lorenzo towing. It was late Saturday night but they showed up in matter of few minutes. Prices are very reasonable and I saved their phone number for any emergencies I might face. They were very careful handling my new car. The driver had excellent manners and was very friendly and professional.

Were so helpful! Got into a bind where my car broke down. It was after the shop closed and they came got me home and my car to the shop. Nelly Nel was great respectful and we had a nice chat and laughed on the 50 min ride. The price beat everyone I called and they went above and beyond. Thank you guys so much!!!

dishonest company. $325 to go 5 miles. Driver claims bad weather but it’s not even snowing currently. Full of excuses
