Jay and Jesse did a fantastic job on my radon system, they took their time and was still done ahead of schedule. They are very professional knowledgeable and respectful of your property. I have and will recommend them to several people, it's a pleasure to find professional,kind,and knowledgeable people in this industry. 5 stars in my opinion!!!

Jay is the best! His decisions on radon mitigation are scientific, and he uses the most current testing equipment available. If you need a quick radon test or remediation, he will prioritize your job. His construction skills are sound and aesthetic. We have used him on ten properties in the last 10 years and would not consider using anyone else. He’s your guy!!!

We had been warned about the high radon levels in our home. After a recommendation from our relatives who live up the road from us, I called.Jay, the owner, was quick to respond, gave us a quote right away, and a week later, we are good! The installation of the fan was very quick, and six hours later, we are already noticing our radon levels going down. Hopefully a full 24 hours later, our levels will be at a normal level! Needless to say, I was so impressed that they got the job done very quickly (about an hour and a half to two hours). They were on time, too!

I rarely complete a review! However, one is due for Lords Radon. Our house was very tricky as it has more than one foundation due to add ons. We braced for multiple systems throughout our house but started with one. We are very happy to report the single system Jay installed immediately lowered our radon levels way below any danger levels. My wife and I are very happy with the service Jay provided. He was up front and made sure we knew there were no guarantees that one system would be enough. The installation was simple and hidden within the house. Through this process, I learned a lot about radon and appreciate Jay's willingness to think outside the box to install a system that is not intrusive and works!!

Service was great and the communication was excellent and they were fast with service and getting out to give an estimate. I honestly would recommend them to friends and family.

Jay did excellent work installing the mitigation system at a very reasonable price. He cleaned up nicely after the work was completed. He is very courteous and professional at all times even though the layout of our home proved to be a challenge and he stuck by the quote he had provided. I will recommend Lords Radon to anyone that I know who owns or may be building a home. Best service guaranteed!

The radon in our home was not within the limit it should have been. We called Jay and he came over and gave us an estimate for the mitigation system. He was able to install the system within the week. We checked the levels after 3 days and they were under the recommended amounts. Great service, professional installation the job looks great. Jay was very professional. He showed up on time for the estimate and installation of a new radon system. Work looks great and cost came in at the estimated price. We would highly recommend Lords Radon. Also, our dogs really loved him which is always a good sign.
