I found Loop Dental, Chembur through Practo while searching for a dental clinic nearby. A few years ago, during my braces treatment, I had an X-ray taken which showed a cyst near my left wisdom tooth, but unfortunately, this was not detected or informed to me by the previous dentist at that time. Even after visiting another dentist later and getting another X-ray due to pain, I was only advised wisdom tooth removal and was still not informed about the presence of a cyst. When I finally consulted Dr. Aaditi Mahajan, she advised a 3D CBCT scan, after which she clearly detected a cyst associated with my left wisdom tooth. She took the time to explain my condition in detail and patiently discussed all possible complications, including the risk of temporary numbness and delayed healing. I truly appreciated her transparent and honest approach. Since the case was complicated, I took nearly three months to decide. During Diwali, I finally went ahead with the surgery. The procedure itself was completely painless—I only felt mild pressure during the surgery. The recovery was surprisingly smooth; within 2 days, I was comfortable, and within 2 weeks, I felt almost normal. I did experience some post-surgical numbness, but Dr. Aaditi had already explained this possibility beforehand. With proper follow-ups and care, the numbness gradually reduced and completely resolved over time. By December, I was about 90% back to normal, and now I feel as good as I did before the treatment. Overall, my experience at Loop Dental was excellent—from diagnosis to treatment and recovery. I had got a dental implant and cap done from another clinic about 3 years ago, but the cap was loose from day one. I went back many times to get it tightened, but after a few days it would become loose again. It was really frustrating. Then I visited Dr Aaditi Mahajan in Chembur. She examined everything properly and explained that the implant placed earlier was of a rare type, so the crown components were not easily available. Still, she made the effort to arrange the correct parts. Now finally my crown is tight and fits perfectly. I can eat comfortably without worrying about it getting loose. Really thankful for her patience and proper treatment.

I used to have so much anxiety around visiting dentists in the past but Dr. Aaditi's gentle demeanor and careful treatment always puts me at ease. I visited Loop Dental since I had severe tooth pain in my lower jaw. I took painkillers for 4 days but the pain was still there so I visited Loop Dental for a check up. Dr Aaditi Mahajan advised me to go for a Root canal treatment RCT as the decay was very deep and I had a huge pus in my tooth. I got relief once the root canal treatment started, since there was severe infection, Dr placed a medication in my tooth to heal the abscess. Many dentists rush through the process but Dr Aaditi was patient enough to change the dressing many times so that the healing is adequate. Now I am able to eat well from that side very well. Treatment was painless and I am happy with the treatment. Will definitely recommend Loop Dental to others as well. Also the clinic vibe and interiors are very pleasing to the eye.

I visited Loop Dental for calculus cleaning and had a great experience with Dr. Aaditi Mahajan. The clinic is very homely, calming, well maintained and equipped with the latest technology. Dr. Aaditi is very patient and did a thorough job with the cleaning and recommending aftercare. Appreciation for Excellent Follow-Up Treatment I initially had my tooth extraction done at another hospital in my hometown. After that, I suffered from severe pain for nearly 20 days, with no relief despite medication, which caused a lot of stress and fear. Later, when I visited loop dental hospital, Dr. Aditi Mahajan carefully examined my case, took the required X-rays, and clearly explained that a tooth fragment was left inside, causing infection and continuous pain. She treated the issue with great patience and precision and resolved it completely. Because of her correct diagnosis, gentle approach, and constant reassurance, I finally got relief from the pain and also came out of my dental fear. Also I had a swelling so root canal and a cap was done. I experienced no pain and swelling after the implant, was scared before the treatment, thinking I might have pain, but the entire process was, and It was Painless and I became very confident as Dr explains each process well. The staff gives you moral support patting you during the injection process. The clinic interiors are luxurious, feels like a home. Got a customised goodie box and a napkin as a return gift, felt nice about it. My family and myself started our journey from Pune to Mumbai to commence our journey on vacation abroad, when I suffered unbearable tooth ache. Although all dental clinics were closed owing to Ganesh festival, we came across Loop Dental Clinic in Chembur,on browsing for available Clinics. Apprehensively, we booked her appointment and met Dr. Aditi Mahajan. Her diagnosis, treatment, skill and loving way of explaining during treatment is remarkable. We admit that had we not encountered her before commencing our vacations, I would have to interrupt the travels and return back to India. I had my second sitting after I returned back from my vacation. My husband too treated his teeth at her clinic. She is excellent and very confident in her work. I had severe pain due to my wisdom tooth and visited this dentist last year. She advised that extraction was the only option and mentioned that waiting for it to erupt naturally could cause harm. I was asked to pay an advance during the previous visit itself. On the day of the procedure, I was given a consent form that mentioned possible complications such as loss of sensation, but I signed it assuming it was a routine formality. The extraction was a painful experience, and afterward, I experienced numbness in my jaw and chin. I was prescribed Vitamin B tablets and advised to wait. During a follow-up, I was informed that since the tooth was close to a nerve, the loss of sensation might be permanent—this was conveyed as if it were a minor issue. Unfortunately, even after one year, the numbness in my chin, lips, and jaw has not resolved. I consulted another dentist who said that the wisdom tooth removal should have been avoided and the process damaged my nerves due to which there is a loss of sensation. I usually do not post negative reviews, but I am writing this to share my experience. Please consider taking a second opinion before proceeding with any major dental treatment here.
