I hope this review finds many people let me allow me to share my experience with Lonnie Cobb Ford dealership Henderson Tennessee I come in there in 2018 looking for an upgrade for my business I had to purchase some hot water machines some other upgrades to my power washing company and I needed a diesel truck which I've never owned one I know absolutely nothing about diesel trucks I'm not a mechanic that's not my interest I need Alan the sales rep there that's been there for 25 plus years at that same location in Lonnie Cobb Ford I tell him my situation I'm going to be traveling from Tennessee to Florida I'm pulling heavier trailers now do you have something that's a good investment for me and what would be the right fit well Alan for seeds to sell me a demo with over 4,000 Mi on it I now find out way way after the fact that it was really a bad idea and a bad investment to make for someone like me that's going to tow heavy trailers and travel from Tennessee to Florida demo trucks with diesel engines is likely to cause long-term issues which I am experiencing now lots of unnecessary maintenance lots of different issues I didn't know these things it was the first and only truck that he showed me that day he said it was the right one for me How could a guy like Alan that's been working there for 25 years selling diesel trucks and everything else not know that it would be a bad idea for me to purchase this type of product it's a big No-No for diesel engines however I didn't know anything about diesel engine trucks and I wouldn't have a clue I just figured somebody that had a career there with nowhere to lead me to and he'd be the right guy you know I felt like to deal with it was a big mistake on my part another quick experience with I believe Kelby the service manager there at Lonnie Cobb Ford dealership I called him up not long ago and said Kelby is it all right for me to allow my truck to sit and idle for a pretty good extended periods of time because of certain circumstantial things that I have to do he said sure that's okay to do you should be just fine come to find out that's not a good idea at all guys causes a lot of build up with carbon in suitable soot and causes a lot of long-term issues as well why would a guy that runs the service department at Lonnie Cobb Ford tell somebody it was okay and he felt like you would be just fine to let the truck sit in idle for long periods of time constantly I'm not very satisfied with you guys at Lonnie Cobb Ford dealership I have to be honest I'm not going to lay down and just let people know with that said that's my experience at Lonnie Cobb Ford dealership do people reading this review keep in mind there's a lot of places to purchase trucks and vehicles and a lot of people that have them for sale I highly advised that you look for other options another routes When shopping for a diesel truck or any product like that that is my experience with Lonnie Cobb Ford in which has been a very frustrating one a very insulting one and also has cost me a lot of money

Paid $800 for leaky power steering fluid issue, lost 3 days of work, and rented three cars ($300?). I told the shop manager I would have paid twice as much money if they had just done the job right the first time, but now we can't do business together because they are dishonest and lie. They never offered me a car, and refused the last time when I asked for one. They said it was two hoses that needed to be re-routed. I rented a car locally. The next day it was leaking again. 3 days later my belt was squealing. I found the technician moved my oil towel from next to the battery to the left side of the car to where it got caught in the radiator fan, and I found a pair of pliers next to my radiator. If they had fallen in, I would have had a leaky radiator too. They didn't even re-hook the hood prop to the clip, it was left hanging. I took the car back and showed the tool and towel to the shop manager. He blamed it on his staff and said they would take the car to see if they could fix the leak. I rented another car. I called 3 days later and he said it wasn't leaking. I picked the car up, it was leaking the next morning. They rescheduled for next week, I rented another car. This time they said it was the reservoir. It still leaks. I finally went back and asked if they would pay another shop they trusted to fix the issue, because I didn't trust them to fix it anymore. Shop manager (new person) instated it was the last shop managers fault, and that they would not pay another shop to fix it. They would take it to another shop to be repaired. I told them I wouldn't leave my car with them to be taken to another location and the more I asked about why I should trust them he told me they could only do this repair themselves because they needed to know exactly what was causing the issue. So he lied to me. At one point he went to talk to the manager... still nothing. I also replaced my fan clutch the month before all this, and I believe the towel in my fan caused it to fail. This place is not trustworthy.
