"Dylan is an absolute rockstar when it comes to surveys! He's professional, friendly, and makes the survey process so smooth and easy. He listens attentively to your responses and ensures that your voice is heard. I appreciated his enthusiasm and genuine interest in collecting my opinions. If you're working with Dylan, you're in good hands! Highly recommend!"

I hired Dylan for a survey because my original survey was difficult to read, and I discovered I have some property line issues, which require a few visits and a second survey by Dylan. The first survey from Dylan was so much more clear and understandable than my original survey. He also taught me how to read a survey, which turns out was not as difficult as I thought with Dylan’s help. We should have just one last piece of work left with a final survey when I finish some additional work on my property. Thus far though, Dylan has been great in working with me, including great communication. I also feel his fees have been fair. At this point, I would not use anybody else as a surveyor other than Dylan and his company. Just want to add that from the time he staked out my property for a new fence to today, I noticed today on a Friday that 2 of the stakes went missing from other workers, and the fence company is installing my new fence this coming Tuesday. On last minute’s notice (2 business days before my fence install date) Dylan is taking the time out of his weekend to come by this Sunday to stake those 2 missing points out again, so that the new fence is installed in the right place on Tuesday.
