This company is a total scam. Do not use them. I sent 2 area rugs to clean. One white, they didn’t even cleaned it, smells like wet dogs. The other carpet they lost it and brought it two weeks later and not even clean. They demanded payment before delivery. I will file a complain with Better Business Bureau. It was a waste of money snd time.
